1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Edlaro may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, abusive or used for fraud.

2. Products, Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Product imagery is representative; natural leather will vary slightly in colour, grain and patina — this is a feature of crust leather, not a defect. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order in cases of obvious mispricing, fraud or stock unavailability, in which case a full reversal will be issued to the original instrument.

3. Orders, Payment & Confirmation

An order is considered placed only when payment has been successfully captured by our payment partner. We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking and select wallets). Order confirmation is sent by email; if you do not receive it within a few hours, check spam or write to care@edlaro.com .

4. Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary shipping is offered on every order across India, with no minimum cart value. Each pair is engineered and built to order and typically dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination pincode. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier; tracking is shared by email.

5. Exchanges (Exchange-Only Policy)

Edlaro operates on an Exchange-Only basis. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a complimentary exchange. We do not issue monetary refunds. Please read our full Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility, prohibited cases and the step-by-step process.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, copy and the lookfeel of the Edlaro site are the exclusive property of Edlaro Footwear Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to defraud Edlaro or other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• scrape, mirror or reproduce site content for commercial use without consent;
• submit reviews, support tickets or interest signups containing false, defamatory or offensive content.

8. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews or submitting media to Edlaro, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing and product pages. You confirm that the content is original to you and does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edlaro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Edlaro and its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of Edlaro is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data we collect and how we use it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site; continued use of Edlaro after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Edlaro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
