Return & Exchange Policy

At Edlaro, we believe that exceptional style should never compromise comfort. Our footwear is meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, combining modern design with structural ergonomics to elevate your everyday wardrobe. We hope your new pair becomes an instant favorite. To ensure a completely seamless and confident shopping experience from the moment you order, we offer a streamlined, complimentary exchange process through our automated customer portal.

Please note: Edlaro operates strictly on an Exchange-Only basis. We do not issue monetary refunds.

1. The Edlaro 7-Day Free Trial & Exchange Window

We proudly offer a Free 7-Day Trial Policy. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by our carrier's tracking data) to initiate an exchange request.

  • After 7 Days: If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange, and the sale is considered final.
  • What "Trial" Means: We encourage you to try on your new footwear indoors to check the fit and comfort. The trial does not cover outdoor use or wear-and-tear.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges

To protect our community and maintain our high standards of sustainability, we strictly enforce our eligibility criteria. To qualify for a complimentary exchange, the product must be returned in Pristine Condition:

  • Unused & Unworn: The footwear must show absolutely no signs of outdoor wear, sole scuffing, creasing, dirt, or odor.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original Edlaro shoebox, which must be protected by an outer shipping box or polymailer. Please do not tape or stick shipping labels directly onto the original shoebox.
  • Tags Intact: All original tags, labels, and protective packaging materials must be attached and intact.

3. Non-Eligible Cases & Fraud Prevention

Edlaro reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our criteria. Exchange requests will be automatically declined under the following circumstances:

  • Requests initiated after the 7-day delivery window has expired.
  • Products showing signs of being worn outdoors, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products missing their original tags, branded packaging, or internal inserts.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased during specific "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Black Friday/Cyber Monday" events are not eligible for exchange unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Anti-Exploitation Clause: To prevent "wardrobing" (buying items to wear temporarily and return) and serial exchanging, Edlaro limits exchanges to one (1) complimentary exchange per order line item. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur a processing and shipping fee, or may be denied at our sole discretion.

4. Reverse Logistics & How the Process Works

We take care of the reverse pickup and logistics to ensure a smooth, convenient experience for you.

Step 1 · Raise Portal RequestLog into your Edlaro Account Portal on our website and navigate to your "Order History". Select the relevant order, click "Request Exchange," and follow the prompts to choose your replacement size or style. Uploading quick photos of the footwear's current condition (specifically the clean soles) directly in the portal will ensure immediate provisional approval.
Step 2 · Inspection PrepOnce your portal request is provisionally approved, package the footwear securely in its original, undamaged Edlaro shoebox. Ensure all original tags and protective internal packaging remain intact.
Step 3 · Courier PickupOur logistics partner will be automatically dispatched to your registered delivery address to collect the package.
Step 4 · Quality ControlOnce the item arrives at our warehouse facility, it will undergo a standard Quality Control (QC) inspection to verify its pristine, unworn condition.
Step 5 · Automated DispatchUpon passing QC inspection, our system will automatically process and ship your new replacement pair free of charge, sending tracking info straight to your inbox.
